Central Texas is my home, my history, and my lifelong commitment. As an educator, artist, small-business owner, and community advocate who has lived in Bell County for decades, I raised my family here, I’ve taught local students, I’ve built a local business from the ground up, and I’ve supported working families through their challenges and struggles. I’m the Democratic candidate for Texas House District 55, facing incumbent Republican Rep. Hillary Hickland in the November 3, 2026, general election.

When workers are protected, wages are fair, and industries give back, everyone benefits.
